Terms & Conditions

Prices are shown in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel an affected order with a full refund if a product has been listed at an incorrect price. An order is only confirmed once payment has cleared and you have received a confirmation email from us.

Products are dispatched from Cape Town, South Africa. We aim to hand orders to our courier within two working days of payment clearing. Delivery timeframes, coverage and shipping fees are shown at checkout and depend on your delivery address and the courier service selected. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, as final delivery is handled by third-party couriers.

Please inspect your parcel on arrival. If an item arrives damaged or is missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at courses@tablemontagne.co.za with photos and your order number so we can put it right.

We accept returns of products within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unopened, unused and in its original packaging.

To start a return, email courses@tablemontagne.co.za with your order number. Return shipping is at the customer's cost unless the item is faulty or was sent in error. Once we have received and inspected the item, we will refund the purchase price to the original payment method within 10 working days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items will be replaced or refunded in full, including reasonable return postage, in line with the Consumer Protection Act.

Course access is granted to a single named learner and is non-transferable. You may not download, redistribute, resell or publicly share course videos, workbooks or written material. Course content is provided for educational purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical, cosmetic or nutritional advice.

Course refunds: a full refund is available within 7 days of purchase if no lessons have been accessed. Once any lesson has been opened, or after the 7-day window has passed, the purchase is final. If you believe a technical issue prevented you from accessing your course, please contact us and we will help.

Lesson slots are reserved once payment is received. You may reschedule or cancel a lesson up to 48 hours before the appointment for a full refund or free rebooking. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, or no-shows, are non-refundable, as the time cannot be reallocated.

If we need to cancel or reschedule a session on our side, you will be offered a new time or a full refund at your choice.

Online payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not store card details on our systems. By submitting an order you confirm that the payment method used belongs to you and that you are authorised to use it.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place an order or enrol in a course is the one that applies to that purchase. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
